We’ve just completed the design and production of sales collateral for an HHA development in Wick. Grey Coast Building is the second phase in a major restoration project to revive Lower Pulteneytown on Wick’s historic harbour front. It was originally a fish curing yard and has been reinvented as four town houses and four apartments. We wanted the sales brochure to reflect the traditional feel of the development but at the same time highlight that it has been built for modern living. The A5 brochure employs the clever use of simple line drawings and development illustrations plus photographs to effectively reflect the dual nature of the project.
